This was a great night for music!! Several fantastic musicians in on venue!! And I got to cook Red Beans and Rice!! OH, and along with my Throwdown Jambalaya!!

Ann and I got to hang out with Paul Ferrara the drummer for my favorite New Orleanian, Louis Prima!  Paul ate two bowls of Jambalaya!

  Jimmy publicized the event this way: The Legendary Texas All Stars!, Even Marcia got into the act!!   She is wearing one of Jimmy's USS Saratoga hats.   He served in the navy aboard that ship, and I got to cook for his shipmates last year!  Thanks Jimmy!!
