Privateer Football

 Homecoming Tailgate Party

Saturday, November 7, 2009

Almost all of the Departments and Colleges were represented!  They had blue popup tents with color coordinated skirting and signage.  The food ranged from three different flavors of chicken wings (Department of Education) to a great crawfish pasta (Student Affairs).

The College of Business Administration concentrated on desserts.  They had Angelo Bracato's cannolies, king cakes, fudge, brownies, cakes and pies! They also had 42" Plasma TV to catch the LSU/Alabama Game.  (They let us plug into their generator, Thanks, Guys). There were 13 TV's counted, now that is prepared!  Even though we were here to celebrate UNO, everyone still supports Louisiana Sports!

Ms. Pamela Meyer, newly hired Director of Alumni Affairs really got into the spirit, she was dressed as a Privateer, complete with hat and cutlass! Representin' the Alumns, I cooked a BIG pot of Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya.
