Redfish are highly sought after, I stuffed this one with a crabmeat stuffing (See Recipe) and baked it with plenty of lemon rings.

Note the Kings on the deck! We cut them into steaks, then popped out just the "eyes" (the 2 sets of muscles that run along the top and bottom of the fish). What great grilling they made!
