Jerk Kiwi Dippin' Sauce
Yield - about 1 quart
12 KIWI FRUIT (peeled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
1 -1/2 CUPS WATER
3 CUPS LIGHT BROWN SUGAR
2 TBSP RICE WINE VINEGAR (Sushi Grade)
In a 4 quart sauce pan and over medium heat add the kiwi and water, bring to boil, lower heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Add brown sugar, dissolve all sugar granulates. Remove from heat add vinegar and chill.
Use a gravy boat or bowl with a small ladle.
If you wish a spicy sauce add a tablespoon of red pepper flakes.
