House Seasonings
Yield -1/2 Gallon

Ingredients

2 CUPS GRANULATED GARLIC
1/4 CUP THYME LEAFS
1/4 CUP WHOLE OREGANO LEAFS
1/4 CUP SWEET BASIL
2 CUPS PARSLEY FLAKES
1/4 CUP WHITE PEPPER
1/2 CUP BLACK PEPPER
3/4 CUP CAYENNE PEPPER
1 -3/4 CUPS SPANISH PAPRIKA
1/3 CUP CELERY SEED
1/3 CUP SALT

Method
Combine the ingredients in a plastic container, cover and use as required in recipes.

Alternate Method
1 CUP GRANULATED ONION
Add some onion flavors if you like them!

2 CUPS LEMON PEPPER SEASONING
Add this lemon flavoring for bronzing of fish and other seafood.

Plate Presentation
This can be served as a condiment as you would salt and pepper.

Chef's Notes:
This is a great “dust” for smoke/roasted chicken, pigs and beef.
