Summer Wine Festival

"Everything French"

hosted by the French American Chamber of Commerce, Louisiana Chapter

Saturday, June 25, 2011

Level 3 in The Shops at Canal Place, located at the foot of Canal Street along the Mississippi River, was transformed into a French Market showcasing; on site-cooking, vendor displays of sweet delicacies, beers, wines, spirits, and a silent auction.

This was the scene for the Twelfth Annual Summer Wine Festival, "Everything French."

Ann and I had a fabulous time, several of our friends were there!

Darlin' Margarita Bergen helped serve, and eat!

Creole Delicacies', Lizette dropped by my table..... They make the BEST pralines!

Fred and Jan Garcia from Houston were our guests!  They were in town for a Liberian's convention. They even donated their time to help restore an elementary school's library!! Way COOL!!  Fred is my official telescope repair man!

 Tim Laughlin and Chef Emile

Clarinetist Tim Laughlin came by to help serve (and EAT!!) some of my Herbal Chicken Pasta!
